As promised, I have a brand new video for you today! Today we are going to be making some spooky treats! You are going to be the mom bomb when you pull these out on Halloween night to give to all of your little goblins. Best of all, no baking required! These are easy, and you can make them in no time at all.
Although these are made as Halloween treats, imagine how cute they would be for a baby shower, birthday party, or even just a little treat at everyone’s place setting this Thanksgiving. The paper you choose will determine the occasion! I’ll post a few other fun samples soon so you can see what else you can do with these little gems! Here is what i used to make these:

There is a great special going on, that’s only good through the end of this month. You really don’t want to miss this if you are a paper hoarder like the rest of us crafters! Right now you can get a free pack of designer series paper when you buy any three packs of select papers! There are some beauties in this bunch. There are many from the annual catalog and even if you from our recent holiday catalog check out the pictures below.
If you are interested in any of these papers, you can click on them individually, or even email me and I will help you with whatever I can do! Don’t miss out this is only good for another week!
Hi there it’s been forever! I know I’ve had a pretty busy summer, but it’s already October and here I am just now getting back to you! I’ve had some pretty fabulous trips, and one of them was thanks to you! My entire family went to Thailand through Stampin’ Up! on an incentive trip! It was seriously one of the best times of our lives. So thank you so much for all you have done for me! I hope to get that and more back to you by teaching you everything that I know. (And I’m pretty crafty!)
I’ll start today by showing you one of my most recent videos. If you didn’t know that I have a YouTube channel, we definitely should get you acquainted with that! That way, when you’re up in the middle of the night, and you need to craft, you can just start up YouTube and craft right along with me! I am starting to post videos pretty regularly, and you should be looking for them every Monday and Thursday.
Here is a Fun card that I made using one of our great new stamp sets – Half Full! Pull out your paper and craft along! In the meantime check back with me frequently or better yet subscribe to my YouTube channel and follow this blog by email and you never will miss a thing!
Here are some of the awesome products i used to make this card:

Welcome to the Thursday focus. Today we are focusing on our favorite NEW color from the brand new catalog… need one? Email me here… In any case, each year Stampin’ Up! adds five brand new colors, and retires 5 past colors… This year, the new colors are: Berry Burst, Fresh Fig, Lemon Lime Twist, Powder Pink, and Tranquil Tide.
Actually, I really like all of these new colors, but when I opened my box, I was completely drawn to the unlikely Lemon Lime Twist! I know, right?? You are going to love this fresh pop of color! I have made a card for you today using this new color and one of the retiring colors, Watermelon Wonder… and a few other new items!
I have used a Lemon Lime Twist designer series paper here, that is in the paper pack that is now available in the new Eastern Palace Suite pack. I have also used the new Lemon Lime Twist ribbon, a new stamp set called Happy Birthday Gorgeous, a brand new punch that makes a great daisy, and some fun new embellishments called Clear Faceted Gems! Here’s a close up:
Here’s what I used:
Be sure to go check out Robbie’s website and see what color she chose as her new favorite!
Hi there! Small “hop” today – just Robbie and I… Some of the challenges we are running into with our focus is that several of the products we wanted to highlight for you are completely sold out. We don’t want to tempt you with items you can’t even get if you fall in love with our projects (which I hope you do!) ?.
So, Robbie and I changed the “focus” for the week to something you may have seen, but not in any catalogs yet (they are featured in the upcoming catalog! – need a new catalog? Email me here!) I love these shapes, and there are plenty of them in the set. You get a full set of stitched circles, squares, and ovals – perfect for everything!
Since I am a quilter too (did you know this about me), I love to make “quilted cards”. You stick the designers series paper to a cardstock panel, then emboss the whole thing – voila! It looks quilted! Check this out:
I will list everything I used below – some is staying, some is retiring (if you love it – you should act fast- you can just click on the photo of the item you like and it will take you directly to my store!)
Here is a close up of the stitched shape framelits – since you get the nesting set, I just used two consecutive sizes- the larger in navy, the smaller in white…
Here is what I used to make this card:
Now be sure to hop over to Robbie to see what she has for you today!
Good morning! Today is Wednesday, so we are going to Color Down the Lines! Today’s challenge was to make a Mother’s Day card using no flowers… Well, my intentions were good! I immediately thought – butterflies! I pulled out one of my old favorite stamp sets, Papillon Potpourri, and thought I would use it before it retires! I also remembered that the most recent Paper Pumpkin kit had a good sentiment that could be adapted for many different occasions – to include Mother’s Day!
Okay, so here is where I failed… Sure I was just stamping butterflies… but when I finished my card I realized that two of the butterflies actually contain flowers… sorry gang! (also, when I finished the card I dragged my inky thumb across the front by accident – what a mess I am!!
Here is what I have for you:
eek! and here is the close up of the “flowers”…
I have used several things that are retiring here, some available while supplies last (elegant butterfly punch), and some will be available (guaranteed) until May 22… and pne of these stamp sets is ONLY available through Paper Pumpkin… This month’s kit was amazing – and I happen to have a full spare kit available and can get it to you!! The kit is $20, (plus shipping if you don’t live in this area), and included everything you need to make a bunch of fun cards – here’s the video that shows how they go together!
Here is what I used (besides the Paper Pumpkin stamp set)
Now be sure to hop over to Liz and see what she has for you!
